Beautification
Works to improve the appearance of Wellington Square by identifying neighborhood beautification needs and coordinating projects such as landscaping, clean-ups, and improvements to shared public spaces.
Communications
Keeps neighbors informed and connected — the newsletter, the website, email updates, and social channels — so news about events, meetings, and issues reaches every household.
Zoning
Represents neighborhood interests on preservation and development issues, helping ensure that change respects the character and history of Wellington Square.
Safety
Focuses on neighborhood safety and emergency preparedness, responding to concerns that affect Wellington Square.
Social / Welcoming
Brings neighbors together through block parties, potlucks, and seasonal gatherings, and greets new residents so everyone feels at home in Wellington Square from day one.
Filming
Ensures residents are informed of filming in the Square and works with homeowners and production companies to head off challenges before they occur. Also negotiates donations from production companies to WSIA.
