Beautification
Tends the medians, parkways, and shared green spaces that give Wellington Square its leafy character — organizing plantings, clean-ups, and seasonal care so the neighborhood stays a place worth strolling.
Communications
Keeps neighbors informed and connected — the newsletter, the website, email updates, and social channels — so news about events, meetings, and issues reaches every household.
Zoning / HPOZ
Represents residents on land-use, zoning, and Historic Preservation Overlay Zone matters, helping neighbors navigate review and protecting the architectural character of our historic West Adams streets.
Safety
Works with our LAPD Senior Lead Officer and neighbors to look out for one another — coordinating watch efforts, sharing safety alerts, and keeping our blocks secure and welcoming.
Social / Welcoming
Brings neighbors together through block parties, potlucks, and seasonal gatherings, and greets new residents so everyone feels at home in Wellington Square from day one.
Filming
Serves as the liaison for film and photo productions on our streets, coordinating notice, parking, and neighbor concerns so location shoots are a good experience for residents and crews alike.
